Saad Munir

I am a Senior AI Engineer at QLU.ai, an AI-driven startup focused on executive recruitment. I began my journey here as a Deep Learning Engineer, developing systems that streamline recruitment processes, and advanced to my current role by refining my technical skills in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transformers, Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs. Additionally, I have worked on speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and voice activity detection (VAD) for speech applications, enhancing AI-driven voice processing and automation systems.

Prior to joining QLU.ai, I led a team at DataInsight, where I managed projects such as an end-to-end handwritten prescriptions digitization system. This leadership role honed my project management and collaborative skills, enriching my practical understanding of AI applications.

I hold an MS in Artificial Intelligence and a BS in Software Engineering. My two years of research experience and 1.5 years of university teaching further strengthen my ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective, real-world solutions.
