- Working on highly contentious constitutional issues before the Supreme Court including provision of legal opinion and advice to the Learned Attorney General for Pakistan on the matter concerning the trial of Civilians in Military Courts, Interpretation of Article 63-A (Floor Crossing), Interpretation on the issue of Reserved Seats in the National Assembly, validity of the nascent amendments in the NAB Ordinance e.t.c.
