As a site custodian from the SAECO team,led a team of 150 skilled workers, Technicians, and supervisors to execute the replacement of the existing control system with a state-of-the-art Honeywell supplied EPKS DCIS system with GE’s Mark IV control system and complete renovation of the existing central control room with operator control desks and office furniture
This included managing construction, material transportation, installation at site, and providing commissioning assistance to Honeywell Team for start-up, resulting in successful and efficient upgrade to control system
