• Strengthening of S&H practices in factory projects by implementation S&H leadership and management guidelines & Contractor management guidelines along with the companies S& H strategy & programs.
• Responsible for safe execution of all Capex and Maintenance activities carried out throughout the factory under the umbrella of all business portfolios - Nestle Nutrition, Ambient Dairy, Juices, Factory Utilities.
• Involvement in the projects from design phase to ensure safe design and completion of all S&H requirements.
• Support & facilitate all Risk assessments related to Capex projects.
• Conduct induction training of new third party contractor arrivals in the projects with coordination of central SHE Team and provide support in the finalization of new contractors.
• Risk assessment of Contractor workshops and follow up for the safety related issues.
• Safety & Environment assessment audit of all the resident contractors according to new Safety & Environment checklists.
• Lead for Engineering Functional Compliance Audit checklist and perform gap analysis on regular basis with coordination with factory plant teams and fulfill all compliances of dust & explosion, S&H capital investment projects.
• Support in finalization of safe crane and other critical lifting equipments.
• Lead the incident investigation and reporting at Project sites.
• Provide trainings/ refreshers to project engineers/managers and third party contractors on safety standards and guidelines on frequent basis.

• Hands on Troubleshooting experience with Tetra Aseptic Filling Machines – TBA 22 / A3 Speed/ TBA 8 / SA 30 / TS 30 - Scope: Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation.
• Successfully driven a team of 28x artisans in rotating shift operations to lead for manufacturing excellence to perform maintenance activities and achieving yearly TPM and factory escalated targets.
• Installed Upgradation Kits based on OEM Customer Technical Reports shared globally on Tetra Filling Line increasing overall line efficiency contributing to achieving departmental unplanned stoppages target.
• Monitoring and Control of both Planned Maintenance and Unplanned Maintenance Activities budget in liaison with factory finance and control team, and successfully achieved budget targets with savings upto 5% of the total allocated budget - Achievement Y2020.
• Responsible for procurement of all non-routine spare parts and their timely installation at respective filling lines for both planned and unplanned maintenance activities – Proficient user of SAP integrated modules and Tetra Pak parts ordering portal.
• Responsible for conducting monthly planned shutdown maintenance activities and inspections in coordination with plant operations and maintenance teams.
• Responsible for maintenance and service of third party equipment installed at Tetra Pak fillers - Rittal Panels and Cooling Media Systems.
• Responsible for renewal of third party service contracts.
• Accountable for maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring machine safety for both filling lines and distribution equipment in compliance with the local laws striving for zero incidents - 0 zero loss time achievement Y2019/ Y2020

• Received Trainings on PLC programming for GE Fanuc and AB Control Logix , A3 Speed Filling Line maintenance, A3 flex Filling Line Maintenance.

• As General Maintenance and Improvements Engineer at Dairy and Juice Department – Sheikhupura Factory Responsible for Infrastructural and maintenance activities on both processing and filling site's, which included the following achievements and accountabilities:.
• Workplace Visualization - Improved the visualization standard of both Plant and Packing Line Equipment Area by leading improvement jobs on both routine days and plant shutdowns.
• Machine Safety - Successful conversion of Mode 4 machine safety risks at site into Mode 0.
• Foreign Body Gaps Closure - Successfully eliminated gaps by verifying third line of defense threats present at various plant sites that pose as a hazard to plant hygiene and safety.

• Provided technical support to the front end sales managers by communicating with vendors and requesting for quotes, and inResearch and Development.
• Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional Proposal documentation, bothtechnical/commercial in line with client bid Documents and tender deadlines.

• Worked on both standardization and configuration of recipes of all the types of jobs being produced at printer and laminator section on both Planning2 (P2 software) and HMI under the assigned Project “Statistical Process Control”
• Reviewed and re-developed standard operating procedures of all lab equipment used for quality testing of packaging material integrity and straws.
