  • In my current role, I led the creation of an in-house design department and managing the super expansion of Meezan Bank’s branch network. This involved not only the strategic design and execution of new branches but also meticulous budgeting and resource management to ensure all expansion targets were met on time and within budget. This initiative significantly increased the bank’s national presence, transforming each branch into a strategic asset that enhances brand presence and operational efficiency.

    My experience spans managing complex, large-scale projects with a focus on precision and alignment of design, budget, and timelines. I bring deep expertise in design development, project and facility management, vendor and cost negotiations, and network expansion, consistently meeting and exceeding organizational goals.
