• First, the battery banks will be installed by the vendor on site.
• Once the desired charging level has been achieved, the batteries will be discharged till a certain DOD level.
• The discharged battery banks will be charged again using Genset.
• Charging coefficient will be checked and monitored again till the batteries will be fully charged.
• Discharge results will be compared with the data sheet and shared with TP.
• Next, we will select charging coefficient and monitor the charging current till it’s fully charged (charging current <=10- 20A) and compare the obtained value with its counterpart mentioned in the data sheet.
• In the warehouse we analyzed & found only healthy battery cells (i.e., Battery capacity >= 50 %). which was measured with NEC battery diagnostic tool and the attached result is also for those 24 healthy battery cells which are ready for the refurbishing process, charging and deep discharge test will be performed accordingly
