• Worked with Corporate Engineering Head Quarters in Arizona USA on development of Vehicle Inspections databases, Inspection Software and Reporting module.
• Planned, Designed & Imparted specialized technical and soft skills training programs for staff.
• Developed final designs for Vehicle Inspection facility including Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Mechanical designs.
• Achieved Monthly/Quarterly budgetary Targets of technical department.

• Managed Operations of 14 VICS Stations with team of 98 in total including 12 station Managers, Inspection Lane Chiefs, Vehicle Inspectors and other support staff.
• Monitoring of daily inspection process at all operational stations via VID Central and staff reporting.
• Arranged training modules/refresher courses and set of standards for Station Managers, Inspection team and other support staff.
• Maintaining Strict Compliance over Inspection standards (SOP's) and company policies.
