- Support teachers through preferably formal Professional Development (PD) and informal PD in light of the school’s PD Plan.
- Collaborate with another Instructional Coach (IC) for mandatory PD courses.
- Model lesson/training simulations and record, to help build a repository of PD training material.
- Mentoring at least two new induced teachers on CAIE PDQs e.g. CTL, CEdI, CTDT, DTL, DEdL and DTDT.
- Coach teachers on identified aspects of teaching and learning.

- Receive and cascade formal training with another IC in the cluster.
