  • My area of assignment includes research to explore potential markets for my company as well as to meet monthly Sales & Production targets.
  • I also manage the existing customers efficiently by assisting merchandising & production teams and control the staff of Departments to ensure that they carry out their responsibilities effectively. I am always eager to create safe and healthy environment.
  • Contribute to the development of company corporate strategy.
  • To prepare marketing samples for each of our potential customers according to their requirement which we analyze through our research. These marketing samples are the key part to meet our sales targets because each customer selects the samples according to their theme and finalize the sales orders.
  • Travel frequently to Europe and USA in order to conduct marketing and quotation meetings and finalize the sales & represent the latest development etc.
  • Direct and control research projects to ensure that they deliver timely and cost effective results which enhance the effectiveness of the company and its products. Develop and maintain contacts with relevant organizations in the industry for the exchange of ideas and information.
  • Work closely with R&D to prepare latest trends for our existing customers and present to new potential customers as well as to our existing customers. Work closely with merchandising and quality team to ensure the timely shipment of orders. Timely shipment is the key for our customers to meet their sales targets.
  • Give presentation to my team about the norm and procedures of our buyers in order to keep them updated with the changes made in the existing norms and procedures, so they understand the importance of rules of each customer.
  • Closely monitor Production, Quality & Marketing teams.
