I am a full time product manager, for an Agri FinTech that develops AI, data, and financial digital solutions for the agricultural ecosystem. My role revolves around optimizing B2B and B2C platforms.

I have:

• Penetrated low gain areas of the market and increased user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Revamped Product with a consistent design system to suffice user experience and usage.
• Product backlog management to maximize sprint increment and outcome.
• Product feature launch in collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive and ensure all project management activities following agile tools and methodologies

As a Product Owner I helped launch a social security platform for Sweden market. My responsibilities revolved around:

• Ensuring customer satisfactions and gather business requirements.
• Converting high level specifications into user stories to make sure requirement and acceptance criteria are clear, precise, and engineering-ready.
• Involved and led communication with engineers to achieve planned increments through backlog prioritization, sprint grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.

My core responsibilities included establishing a sustainable Bizdev unit that would auto run lead generation cycle for the sales teams. One prime focus was also to perform Y-o-Y comparisons with previous data and hit new markets to explore opportunities favorable for the business growth and outsourcing.

I joined this company as Business development executive and my role revolved around presale activities including: email campaigning, lead generation, discovery meetings, proposal writing, and sales support.

• Identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new leads and improve sales funnel.
• Developed and executed strategic initiatives to implement key changes and improvements among business development and sales teams.

SevenCentric was a young startup to provide design and development services for the new ideas globally. My role was to conduct requirement gathering sessions, and ensure complete customer satisfaction for their ideas and initiatives. I was involved in scoping the idea, wireframing, project management, quality assurance and launches.
