1.5MW Solar System Project:

• Responsible for complete project management through installation, testing & commissioning of PV system.
• Supervised complete package of civil, mechanical & electrical work such as control room, foundations and structure (P1 & Elevated) erection.
• Project management, engineering activities & planning of solar system.
• Motivate team for optimum output, maximize utilization of resources & manage and performed will in project execution.
• Meetings & coordination with contractors for timely and smoothly execution of project.
• Full time monitoring of PV installation & commissioning of DC/AC panels and Huawei 115kw pv inverters.
• Installation of synchronization panel for solar system to embed diesel generators & Wapda in power system.

• Supervised day-to-day electrical maintenance activities of plant in accordance with OEM recommendations and standard procedures to ensure best engineering practices.

132kV Grid Station (Air insulated substation) Project:

• Coordination of project plan and drawings with construction supervisor pertaining to electrical works having officially approved documents.
• To plan, schedule, implement & achieve milestones through MS project and updated progress report daily basis.
• Coordination and follow of jobs with different vendors according to schedule.
• Ensure correct implementation of drawings during civil work of equipment foundation.
• Verification, inspection and installation of equipment's as per Wapda requirement.
• Supervision of all type of mechanical/electrical installations & testing/commissioning activities.

• Performed maintenance procedures and repairs on existing electrical products and systems.
• To ensure efficient and reliable operation of MV/LV substations
• Corrective Maintenance, Troubleshooting of all electrical equipment's including MV/LV Panels, MCC Panels, Motors, switchgears, AC/DC Drives(Sinamics), Soft starter, Simoocodes (Pro V).
• Greasing of motors according to motor name plate schedule.
• Harmonics analysis of rectified and non-rectified load by using Fluke Power Logger 1738.
• Testing and Maintenance of Transformers (Dehydration test, Oil level measurement)
• Testing of protection relays, energy meters, transformer oil & power cable.
• Preparation of checklists and schedules for preventive maintenance activities of all Electrical Equipment's.
• Supervision of all preventive & emergency activities and maintenance of record.
• To maintain history record of all equipment in eAM ( ORACLE System ).
• To ensure minimum stock of all critical electrical spares.

600Ton/day Polyester Plant Project:

• Installation & Commissioning of Electrical equipment's, MV/LV Switchgear Panel, Motors, VFD (SINAMICS), Simocodes & UPS.
• Installation & Commissioning of Distribution Transformers.
• Commissioning of AC/DC Drives, Soft starter, MCC panels & PLC panels.
• Inspection of Cable Lay works, Testing of LV & HV Cables, Tray Routing, Cable Dressing, Glanding, Termination, Quality and Earth pit.
• Operation of Ring Main System (Electrical distribution network) of new 600Ton plant having 10MW running Load.
• Commissioning & Testing of Over current & Earth Fault relays.
• Programming & Testing of Micom P124, P115 relays.
• Maintained effective working relationship with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other staffs. Preparation of As Built drawing for final project handing over.
