Ensured that all HIPAA regulations were adhered too when dealing with confidential patient information. Completed relevant insurance and other claim forms. I was all an all handling authorizations, billing, and maintaining the patient’s record on a legacy software designed MD TECH himself. It was great learning with MD TECH.
OFF-TECH used to run US based deregulation campaign for electricity and gas supplies. I fulfilled my job requirements by meeting the sales targets by LPPC and SKU wise sales. Via B2B, B2C, D2D verticals. Measured and reviewed performance via KPIs and metrics. It was great learning where I learnt actual sales mechanism, how to deal with the customers and convince them offering best as possible rates company can offer.
