Calculation of tact time while assembling of Cars dashboard in Final Assembly Department and with the results and repeated calculations assign a task at every single station.

Project Description:

• Experienced and learned about the new things to tackle because of leadership responsibility.
• Managed variety of different tasks and with repeated mistakes and errors understand the key role of every single function.
• Operated every single moment while calculating the time assigned to every member at different stations.
• Compiled the project on Microsoft Excel and with the skills came up with satisfying results.
• Learned the manufacturing processes and robot-armed advanced welding methods, complete car assembly in an automotive industry starting from a single piece of metal to a finished product in the final assembly department.

• Studied and learned about the Airport maintenance strategies, able to understand the management techniques required to maintain the smooth and effective running of the types of equipment.
• Experienced the importance of time management while doing every single task, got the learning environment and earned more than enough that any trainee requires from an organization.
• Able to understand the function of the HVAC plant, successfully completed a project related to the plant maintenance in order to maintain a comfortable environment as per requirement.
