• Manages and reviews the preparation and analysis of the monthly reconciliation of the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger

• Responsible for the calculation of Right of Use Asset and Lease Liability as per IFRS 16
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, & etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• To assist Policy department to formulate policies related to Fixed Assets and implementation of the same
• Assist in the preparation of the Un-Consolidated Financial Statements as well as consolidated Financial Statements on Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Basis.

• To coordinate with external auditors, commercial auditors and SBP auditors for their respective audit / inspections
• To closely coordinate with ERP Functional Team to generate customize reports for reporting purpose
• To carry out organization wide workings for Advances, NPLs and Provisioning (incl. Subjective)
• To carry out periodic reconciliation of GL Heads and ensure effectiveness
