This is Muhammad Waqas Khan, and I am a business graduate as I did MBA Finance in 2017 from IQRA UNIVERSITY - PAKISTAN. Along with this degree, I was simultaneously studying for one of the top UK professional qualifications i.e ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) and have completed the first two stages and hold an advanced diploma in Accounting and Business.
I worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants (a member firm of PwC network – Global Big 4 audit firm) as an Audit Associate II in Technology Consulting & Risk Assurance Department, where I was engaged in different assignments related to Accounting and IT controls and certain advisory/research roles as well. Internal Audit:
- Conducting well planned execution of audits of assigned areas and activities of the university campuses including cash counts and inventory counts.
- performing process of documentation/ mapping , carrying out test of controls and documenting results and exceptions.
- Performing spot checks of assigned areas from time to time.
