• Entirely responsible for the production and planning of back process including Article change program and running the departments on my own.
• Answerable for the Drawing in Department including the production of one automatic drawing-in machines.
• Also responsible to finalize Quality parameters, Yarn Demands and others Specifications.
• To deal with the marketing department as technical expert to execute the loom plan.
• Also looking after Commercial Sizing.
• Production Order yarn demand.
• Managing Articles of looms and checking.
• Reducing waste of shed.
• Reducing sizing cost according to quality.
• Expertise in making sizing recipe of all qualities.
• To control damage of parts of machineries.
• To achieve targeted productions & efficiency of shed.
• To achieve targeted rpm of qualities as per requirement.
• To achieve grade of fabric as per customer's requirement.
