I reached out and targeted the ideal potential and prospective clients with innovative and out-of-the-box marketing and RIAN sell strategies, rapport skills, and the right communication mix of integrated media (off-line and online), and by keeping a close liaison and consistent follow-up with prospective and potential buyers with a client-centric approach, ensuring convenience and transparency in project sales and dealings, I was able to win the buyers' trust and confidence to mature and finalize the deals.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• PKR 5 billion worth of housing projects of luxury huts, cottages, and chalets situated in KPK's Galiyaat Region, with all the facilities of the modern era.
• Effectuated marketing objectives and action plans for the targeted audience to reach niche blue-chip organizations and clients.
• Managed and maintained the marketing budget below 2% of the project's selling price.
