In my role at MTN Nigeria's Network Division, I focus on providing technical support for 5G initiatives, covering design, rollout, optimization, and daily operations. I efficiently manage multiple vendors, ensuring timely project delivery. Leading RF planning projects like 5G launch and VoLTE activation, I also conduct data analyses and contribute to strategic decision-making through RFP assessments. Additionally, I collaborate with marketing teams on bundle plans and device strategies while supporting business growth with technical insights on investment options, such as band acquisitions and innovative rollout strategies.

In overseeing the RF Managed Services project with Nokia for MTN, a major mobile operator in West Africa, I supported the Delivery Head in ensuring successful project delivery. My responsibilities included improving Key Performance Indicators, managing Nokia and MTN Service Level Agreements, and actively participating in the technical evaluation of assigned projects within the managed services domain.

I was responsible for successful delivery and acceptance of Rollout project with U-Mobile Malaysia.

Successfully delivered Celcome Axiata Swap project.

Jazz is the biggest Telecom Operator in Pakistan, i was assigned to do RF Planning and Optimization engineering tasks.
