At the Young Leaders Society - Pakistan (YLSP), I play a pivotal role in advocating for the rights of youth across the nation. As part of a network of 3,000 young individuals, I focus on empowering marginalized groups by amplifying their voices and addressing issues such as education and environmental sustainability. My responsibilities include:

• Advocacy and Awareness: Leading campaigns to raise awareness about youth rights and engaging with policymakers to influence legislation that benefits young people.
• Workshops and Training: Organizing workshops to educate youth on their rights, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective advocacy.
• Networking: Collaborating with local and international organizations, including participation in forums like COP28 and COP29, to share best practices and strategies for youth empowerment.
• Research and Policy Development: Conducting research on pressing issues affecting youth, such as climate change and education, and developing policy recommendations to address these challenges.

Through my role at YLSP, I aim to foster a more inclusive environment for youth in Pakistan, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights upheld

• Led environmental efforts for a greener Islamabad, including planting over 2000 trees and purifying city streams for public access
• Spearheaded beautification projects and facilitated public-private partnerships to enhance environmental sustainability
• Focused on creating accessible green spaces and improving the overall aesthetic and environmental quality of the city

• Oversaw the entire initiative in the senior year

• Leading the initiative and providing strategic guidance

• Managed a project on Pakistani Electoral Politics, organizing panel talks and discussions on social issues, politics, and law and order
• Conducted comprehensive research and collaborated with Punjab Government on public-private partnerships and agricultural reforms

• Established and registered the LUMS Policy Research Institute, developing its constitution, leading the hiring process, and structuring the think tank for effective operations and collaborative research

• Led rebranding to create a fresh corporate identity and enhanced online presence through social media, boosting visibility and engagement
• Established a dedicated customer support team, improving satisfaction, and directed marketing initiatives, expanding brand outreach and sales

• Contributed to the development and implementation of the Single National Curriculum, working closely with the Secretary of Education
• Conducted research and analysis on Pakistan's education system, identifying areas for improvement and proposing policy recommendations
• Assisted in formulating and evaluating education policies and initiatives, enhancing the quality and accessibility of education nationwide

• Collaborated with the Assistant Commissioner and district management on law and order, city maintenance, and protest management
• Engaged with major departments, including police, revenue, excise and taxation, and registrar office
• Gained practical experience in administrative processes and operations, supporting efficient public service delivery
