Jubilee Life Insurance has implemented New ISF Application which is owned by Aetins Insurance and Takaful Insurance Software Solution I was hire in JLI For Develop all Reports and QA of developed Reports.

• Responsible for develop all Reports from CLAS (Old Application) to Aetins of all Modules.
• Daily Support to users as per their need.
• Meeting with users face to face for understand the current scenarios of JLI for implement in Reports.
• Worked in HCIS JLI Health System.

Duties was in JLI:

• Working in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service) as Functional Side. Application Ownership and Responsible for get new requirement from Users and implement in Application by Vendor and give support to users and resolve all type issues of CRM on daily basis as well as Genysis query/methods handling and Testing in Application.
• Application handling/Testing/Backend All Objectives creativity and all data verification from Core system(Aetins) and remove ambiguity in data due to core system or any other reasons.
• Good Knowledge about MSCRM all backend Table Structure related to Insurance domain.
• On going Support and development of new features in Customer Portals (Takaful & Conv), Mobile App and TAX Report and also Managing the text2ask back end all query and all Procedures and Functions.
• Writing and managing effective query to display customer policy details,premium payment details and all others information of Customer and TEXT2ask all information and integration of messages sending by text2ask in Customer Portals in different features in both ISF and Takaful.
• Management,Optimization and addition of new features in Grievance Management System (GMS) and addition of new Reports and new Screens.
• Analyze any type of issue and check it from Core system and do it correct in GMS.Bug fixing/resolved queries on daily basis.

Worked as I.T Executive Officer for their Takaful Application PENTA Takaful System owned by Aetins Insurance and Takaful Insurance Software Solutions.

Job Responsibilities in PQFTL:

• Responsible for management of queries, enhancements and support service issues regarding PENTA Takaful System.
• Responsible for fixation of the errors in data and oracle forms using GUI interface of application, SQL scripting and debugging forms.
• To modify, maintain and develop SQL, PL/SQL codes, forms and reports for new enhancements.
• Responsible for developing Reports as per business user requirements.
• Customization / Modifications in existing reports. Also provide day to day end user support related to business system.
• Coordination with seniors for upgrading and feasibility study for future needs and requirements into running environment.
• Maintenance and Implementation of locally developed Software.
