Construction Company and has 16 different Divisions like Drilling, Signage installations on Roads & highways, Hyrdovac
& traffic services etc. & has over 700 employees. Managing 04 H&S people team and over 120 workers.

Worked on Infrastructure Ontario & Metrolinx (Design, Build & Finance) $239 Million Project called Regional
Express Rail (RER) – Rutherford Station, WSP & Jacobs were part of the project. (Average workers on site 170-190)

• Providing support as instructed by OHS Manager, conducting Toolbox talks & site inspections to ensuring
  compliance of workers and sub-trades for OHS Act/Regulations and site-specific Safety policies/procedure.
• Conducting investigation on Accident/Incident, Spills, Near Misses and Hazards identification. Following-up &
  ensuring assigned action items are completed.
• Preparing daily reports of site inspections along with weekly summary reports.
• Conducting Joint Health Safety Committee (JHSC) meeting and conducting site specific orientation including environmental awareness training program for new workers on site and ensuring training records are maintained and updated.
• Effective claim management of WSIB through timely submission of WSIB Form 7.

Worked on project of Union Station Toronto (City of Toronto Job) $223 Million (Avg. 200 workers onsite). Had looked after Toronto Transit Commissioning (Finch West $210 Million & Steeles West Station $100 Million) Job.

Worked on Project “Parkway Forest Community Centre, Peel Region Paramedic Services, Amica Senior Residence
(Dundas), “Toronto Transit Commissioning, LaSalle Senior Residence, Go Mississauga BRT, and others”.

• Inspects new equipment/process prior to commissioning, reviews related designs and installation
  plans to ensure conformity to Company safety standards and regulations.
• Participates in setting the specifications and descriptions of new fire equipment/systems to be
  ordered and supervises their installation and commissioning.

• Investigates accidents or incidents, submits reports on work practices and recommends the sealing
  off or shutting down parts of the plant if an unsafe condition exists.
• Plans and supervises the regular inspection and testing of all fixed firefighting equipment e.g. fire
  pumps, mains, trucks, extinguishers, hoses and fire protection/detection systems.

• Have implemented Health & Safety policies and procedures in Pakistan State Oil and carried out assigned
  projects to their completion with minimum time. Evaluate hazardous Conditions and recommends
  engineering & administrative controls and/or PPE's.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage a HSE Management System, ability to conduct
  studies and analysis; formulate and recommend policies and measures to reduce or eliminate accidents,
  health hazards and damage to life and property.
• Maintenance and repairing of field equipment's also watching daily operations manage individually.
  Bunkering, Decanting, Inter Tank Transfer, and Dispatching of tank Lorries.
• Storage Tank repairing carried out under supervision of me (Including Magnetic Particle inspection, Magnetic
  Flux Examination, Ultrasonic testing and total station testing).

• Assigned to a Project on “Removing Unnecessary Bottlenecks in the Processing Plant for
  Production Optimization”. I accomplished that, & I was appreciated for my work by senior management.
• Recompletion of well, whose completion was damaged by corrosion.
