  • Reporting of near-miss incidents related to project sites and plant premises follow-up for close out of near-miss action plans
  • Issue daily bases permit which includes (COLD WORK& HOT WORK)

  • Monthly inspection of all equipment-related safety (Fire Hydrant, Fire hose reel, fire buckets, eye wash showers)
  • Perform inspection of Fire Extinguishers (Water, DCP, AFFF, Co2) mounted at Plant
  • Daily Checking of the Fire Hydrant Pump and also making reports daily
  • Issue standardized PPEs that includes (air Plugs, helmet, Harness, etc.) to the production lines
  • Monitor Gases with Multi Gas detector while entering in confined space and advice precautions accordingly
  • Ensure LOTO implementation while production lines maintenance
  • Report on Machine Guarding safety bypass and follow up until fixation
  • Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
  • Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
  • Meeting company health and safety goals
  • Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
  • Finding the best way to prevent future accidents
  • Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance
