PROJECT: THE VIEWS (EMAAR PAKISTAN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Created bar bending schedules for "THE VIEWS" at a prestigious "EMAAR PAKISTAN" project.
• Collaborated closely with project architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications.
• Generated comprehensive shop drawings detailing reinforcing steel placement, ensuring alignment with project blueprints and industry standards.
• Utilized AutoCAD to produce precise and detailed bar bending schedules and shop drawings.
• Conducted regular site visits to verify on-ground implementation, making adjustments and updates as necessary for seamless construction progress.

PROJECT: GROVE RESIDENCY (Residential Highrise Towers)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervised Grey Finishing Works (Block Masonry & Plaster Works) and Reported site execution activities to Project Manager.
• Identified issues and clashes that may slow down work performance.
• Conducted regular inspections (work inspections, quality assurance, etc.)
• Conducted meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors and Vendors.
• Ensured Project Coordination (Client, Contractors, Drawings, Meetings, Etc.)

PROJECT: GROVE RESIDENCY (Residential Highrise Towers)

RESPONSIBIITIES:

• Prepared and presented performance overview reports (Progress Reports, Look Ahead Plans, Catch-up Plans, Etc.).
• Prepared planning reports for meeting with clients and upper management.
• Responsible for Coordination of project activities and worked closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Conducted field inspections at the site. Assisted in determining the number of materials and manpower required at the site.
• Assisted Senior Planning Engineer in project scheduling and planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participated in the bidding process (Financial) of different types of local Tenders
• Scope included a complete renovation of building projects including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and PEB Shade Of PSPC, SBP, and other institutes
• Evaluated and Prepared all types of Contractual Proposals and Quotations.
• Managed and supervised renovation projects of SBP including Civil, Electrical, HVAC & Fiber Shade works.
• Prepared and submitted material submittals, inspection requests, and material inspection requests.
• Executed and supervised 15,000 Sq.ft of Cement-Concrete flooring at TAPAL TEA Pvt Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT: Reconstruction of Boat Basin Jetty at Keamari Port

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting out and leveling the parking area of the jetty for laying the paver block
• Supervising & monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors
• Work out the Bar-Bending Schedule of the Main Gate House of the Jetty, Electric poles, and Manholes
• Preparing and submitting material submittals, inspection requests, and material inspection requests
• Assuring quality control at the site

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study of architectural drawing, identification of different locations via grids, and structural behavior of structural elements of the residential and commercial buildings
• Modeling, analysis, and designing of 100sq-yds Bungalow using etabs
• Modeling a B+G+5 building on etabs software
• Inspected Reinforcement of structural elements at the site of ongoing projects
• Reviewed the quotations and specifications of Pre-Engineered Buildings.
