Sangarh, Sindh in I&E department for upgrading Pneumatic system in to

PLC (Programmable Logic Control) from 09 April 2012 to 04 March 2013.

In which Shutdown is being held on 17 January 2013.

There I worked on following instruments & control instrument equipments.

➢ Mount different kinds and ranges of Pressure, Level, Flow and

Temperature Rosemount Transmitters (mostly of them were DP)

working on PLC System and gauges.

➢ Mount Fisher DVC 6000 I/P Positioners with pressure gauges and

regulator on each and every Control valves of different bench sets and

change the rout of pneumatic air supply.

➢ New cable tray installation and axivation of cables.

➢ Termination of JB’s and Control Panels and properly tag cables.

➢ Stainless Steel Tubing of these various sizes ½”, 3/8” and ¼”.

➢ Calibration of Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature transmitters.

And Calibration of DVC 6000 I/P Positioners Control Valves with the

help of 375 HART Communicator.

➢ Creates proper bends of tubing and make perfect Open and Close

loops.
