• Erection of Steel Piping, fabrication, field supports installation including hydro test.

• Use general idea to minimize the scrap and wastage of consumables items.

• Erection of Reformer with their parts FD, ID Fan, Main Air Duct, Burners and after dry out inspect with vendor refectory work, including walkway structure.
• Erection of Demin water Package with Chemical tanks, dosing pumps and Filter drum.
• Installation of different types of pumps and Blower.
• Erection of Integrally Gear compressor with process pipes and cooling water line.
• Preliminary shaft alignment for the rotating equipment prior to release of grouting & piping connection
• Verify equipment set in accordance with specified tolerances.
• Release for grouting of the equipment (non-shrink cemented based & epoxy grout)
• Check equipment bolts tightening by torque, tensioning, striking and snug tightening method, as applicable per vendor instructions or approved inspection test plans (ITP’s)
• Ensuring all the piping connected to equipment have been NDT performed, hydro-tested, flushed & reinstated
• Lube oil flushing of compressors as per specs and vendor provided procedures.
• Erection of Fin Fan Cooler as per vendor procedure including walkway Structure.
• Blade Angle, Tip Clearance, Pulley Alignment, Fan Assembly bolt tightening, belt tensioning and guard installation for fin fan coolers.
• Erection of overhead crane.
• Erection of chemical Dosing package.
• Erection of Exchangers and Storage Tanks.
• Erection of the GLS bolting tank with Piping, Dome and Hydro testing.
• Column erection and Internal such as Trays, packing, down comers, weirs, vapor holders, liquid traps.
• Fabrication and Erection of structure (equipment platform and walkway).
• Shut downs: Working on Heat Exchangers, Vessels, and Columns during different Turnarounds
• Carry out inspection of exchangers, vessels, column & heaters
• Carry out cleaning after wire brushing or power brushing as per client specs
• Cleaning tubes of exchangers by hydro jetting
• Cleaning or replacement of internals (demister pads, trays) as per recommendation.
• Erection of pipe spools and ties in with scrub column 01-C501,02-C501,03-C501.
• Cut weld and spool Replacements.
