As a teacher I believe that conception and love for subject should be key out comes of a talk, presentation and lecture. Being a teacher, my objective, firstly, is to induce humanitarian behavior in my students, secondly, is to produce love for learning knowledge to serve humanity, thirdly, is to create problem-solving skills.

As a researcher I always think to serve humanity by solving any unsolved problem of my era. In medical physics field I want to find the treatment of Motor Neuron Disease by finding some way to regenerate a degenerated motor neuron.

As a manager, firstly, I aim to work for the betterment of organization whole heartedly, secondly to provide friendly environment to subordinates to have 100% efficiency, thirdly, to create favorable team work atmosphere.

• Research Fellow from Jan 2002 to June 2002 for Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) project entitled "Plasma Processing of Materials and Phase Changes using Dense Plasma Focus" involved in the fabrication/installation of 3.6kJ plasma focus device in the Plasma Technology Lab. CASP GC University Lahore with the collaboration of QAU Islamabad.
• Job Responsibilities: Fulltime research.
• Research Associate from June 2002 to February 2004 under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) project for the promotion of Research Faculty in the Universities. Currently involved in the modification/installation of MINIFOCUS (10kJ device) donated to GCU Lahore by The Imperial College London.
• Research Associate from February 2004 to February 2005 under the Salam Chair in Physics, GC University Lahore for the project entitled" Nitriding of 316 Steel samples by using Cold Plasma ".
• Consultant in Super Edge Factory (surgical instrument factory) from January 2006 to date for plasma coating of surgical instruments.
