HVAC equipment consists of Absorption chillers (880 RT), Gensets of 1.6 MW capacity, Direct fire Boiler of 3 Ton capacity, RO Plant of 03 ton capacity. Guest rooms are 140 in nos with 03 Banquets, 06 meeting rooms and two restaurants.

Emporium Mall and Hotels (2016 to 2018)

Operation and Maintenance of HVAC and Utility Plant serving at different areas i.e. Mall and Hotel, HVAC (5200 RT) equipment consists of 7 in Nos Compression Chillers (600 RT and 300 RT), 2 in Nos Absorption Chillers (842 RT each). Direct Fired Boiler 5 ton Capacity, AHUs and FCUs of different capacities.

Atlas Honda SKP (2019 to 2022)

Operation and Maintenance of HVAC and Utility Plant serving at different areas. HVAC (1632 RT) equipment consists of Absorption Chillers (832 RT, 450 RT and 350 RT). 4 in Nos Waste heat Recovery Boiler 1.5 ton Capacity, AHUs and FCUs of different capacities.
