• Petro-Chemical Plant’s process machinery control and automation related works, faults troubleshooting, and rectification (components involve PLCs, VFDs, DC drives, sensors, different types of motors, relay logic control components…), also instrumentation components like, temperature (Pt100, thermocouple), pressure, flow, level sensors troubleshooting and actuators like control valves, i/p positioners etc.

Power House jobs:

• Furnace Oil (HFO) gerators (6x1.4MW Daihatsu, 600rpm, 6 Cylinders), faults troubleshooting.
• Gas Generators (3x2.7MW Jenbacher, 1500rpm, 20 cylinder), and Rolls Royce Generators (2x3.7MW, 1000rpm, 18 cylinder) faults troubleshooting.
• Substation: HT and LT panel rooms faults rectification, repair and maintenance. Transformers (1250kVA, 1500kVA and 2000kVA) maintenance.

• Trutzschler (Blow, Card, Drawing), Rieter (Unilap, Combing), Toyota (Simplex & Ring), Schlafhorst, Qpro, Savio Polar (Auto Conner) etc. Spinning Machine’s Troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, and erection works.
• Trutzschler TD10 Finisher drawing erection work experience.
• Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating quotations and recommending purchase orders within established limits.
• Medium Voltage Components like Transformers, Oil Circuit Breakers and low voltage components like ACB, couplers, MCCB, cable termination components installation and maintenance work with standard procedures.
• Medium and low voltage switchgear panel’s maintenance and extension works.
• Cabling MV/LV Sizing and Installation Works.
