· Build an effective Coordination with all stakeholders to complete assignments and tasks in an effective and timely manner.
· Ensure that all Human Resource related Emails and Service are up & running as per Compliance and Protocols, by maintaining Service Level up to 95% and reflecting KE Values (CARES)
· Ensure handling all Administrative Issues of HR Partners in timely manner (i.e. Attendance, leaves, roasters, and Benefits)
· Ensure that all emails (under HR Domain) must follow generally acceptable standard practice to answer queries of HR Internal and External Customers as per agreed Protocols.
· Ensure that all documentation, agreements, SOPs of areas under responsibility are up to date.
· Work on the improvement Areas for all team members with guidance, trainings, session, coaching, documentations, etc.
· Take initiatives and implement to enhance overall employees experience by adding WOW experience
· Ensure effective team building by enhancing exposure, motivation, and dedication towards meeting overall objective
• Management of Final Settlement of outgoing employees through SAP HCM
• Maintaining all the relevant Info Types & Wage Types in PA30 and also highlighting issues and resolving the technical problems.
• Initiating and maintaining the SAP Application for processing the Final Settlement in Live mode
• Managing the Final Settlement Clearance Portal of outgoing employees’ clearance from 15 different departments
Preparing & reviewing SOPs, Policies and SLAs
• Following with various stakeholders for completion of clearance in order to process final settlement within defined turned around time (TAT)
• Maintaining the attendance records and also the leaves status of employees by using Time Information System according to their entitlements
• Managing record room section of 25K personal files (includes active & inactive)
• Managing Group Life Insurance that includes death, temporary and permanent disability & medical ground retirements’ claims
• Preparing reconciliation of premium cost to company as per actual employees’ strength
• Issuing & drafting all types of letters including Payment Orders, Recovery Letters, and dealing with the Courts for Succession etc., in case of deceased employees.
• Provide monthly reports / analysis to the management
To ensure the timely disbursement of salaries of 3rd. party contractual staff
• To supervise staff confirmations, verifications (personal references, antecedents & degrees), attendance, leave records and staff resignations.
• To ensure maintenance of HRMS i.e. proper system record keeping
• Ensure exit procedures requirement by following the separation procedures with leaving employees (exit interview, final payments, separation checklist, and settlement).
• Liaison and administrative support to other segments of the Bank
• Management of all HR related items of Operations department
• Timely processing of all hiring related documents; conducting interviews
• Leave management; training session management; resource exit management
• Managing and compiling performance appraisal data for the department
• Monitoring & reporting attrition and other analysis
• Preparing job descriptions for recruitment and compensation team
• Pre-Interview assessment & matching the best candidates according to defined JD
• Prepare compensation packages for prospective candidates to ensure annual financial impact is within defined recruitment policy; negotiate & finalize salary package with the candidates as per Bank salary range
• Maintain records of contracts and liaise with the businesses/departments for termination/extension of contracts
• Monthly reporting to salary unit to make sure the actual position accounted for in every month Payroll Department
• Handling all HR issues of Bank Contract staff
• Provide assistance in all recruitment processes

• Ensure that all pre/post hiring documentation is complete and strictly complying with the Audit standard
