• Worked as a Assistant professor of medicine/ consultant gastroenterologist from February 2014 to June 2022 and then as an associate professor until now.
• Active participant of start of integrated medical curriculum in Azad Jammu &Kashmir medical college AJKMC
• Involved in curriculum design, SGD, LGIS, PBL learning and assessment.
• Senior consultant incharge of the Medical Unit 2, division of gastroenterology and GI endoscopy.
• Supervised the management of patient with diseases related to Gastroenterology and hepatology
• Diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower GI endoscopies . Done more than 5000 procedures. Can handle routine and emergency endoscopies. Done variety of procedures like esophageal varices banding, injecting bleeding ulcers, and biopsies of ulcers and masses of upper and lower GI tract. I have done dilatation of benign esophageal and duodenal strictures with TTS dilators and Savory dilators. Also, Performed Peg tube insertion.
• ERCP - Performed 150 procedures, including sphincterotomy, sphincteroplasty, stone extraction, and biliary stenting

• Worked as a specialty registrar in a dynamic, highly skilled gastroenterology & hepatology Unit .
• Diverse patient population at ATI provided broad educational and clinical experience in GI consultancy, OPD practice and endoscopic/ERCP procedures.
• The fellowship is augmented by an intense teaching schedule, regular audit and ERCP Training program.

Served as Chief of Medicine and Gastroenterology. Job involves a role of team leader with five integrated medical specialties in a very busy secondary care hospital, with a well-established 40 bedded internal medicine / gastroenterology ward and fully equipped endoscopy unit.

Resigned the job due to parent's Health issues.

• Worked as medical specialist in a secondary care hospital . Job involved busy outpatient, 20 bedded indoor unit and management of acute medical emergencies.

• resigned that job for further training in gastroenterology after After finishing my contract period.

First job as a medical specialist at tertiary care hospital at home town.

• Internal medicine residency training for fellowship (FCPS Internal medicine ) of College of Physician and surgeon Pakistan.
• Learned the care patients with multi-system involvement, medical emergencies, communication skills and ethics.
• . Done rotation in gastroenterology, nephrology, pulmonology and rheumatology.
• Thoroughly examined patients and elicited medical history data to use in assessing health and identifying conditions.

6 months internship in surgery and 1 year internship in medicine.

After finishing internship I worked as a medical officer in the department of health for almost 1 year.
