Working with SuperNova I am deployed to 2 Projects. During that time, I completed one of the implementation projects, and the support project is going on. Besides that, I am part of the Business Development Team of SuperNova for scoping and commercial activities of different potential clients.

Provide support in 4 SAP modules. FI, CO, PS, FM

Contribution:

• Solving day-to-day errors received by Finance Dept.
• Provide UAT after completion of development from the development team.
• Solving cross-functional module errors faced by users in their daily routine.
• Guide Power users and end users for different challenges in SAP Processes.
• Develop Analytical and critical reports related to finance and costing.
• Coordinate with ABAPER for developing different reports as per management requirements.

Ana & Batla Industries: (April - 2022 - September - 2022)
I have done full implementation of Rise with SAP FI module.

Contribution:

• Ensure the SAP Application and system requirements are identified, analyzed, and documented during the explore phase.
• Provide iterations to users for showing process in SAP.
• Prepare, review and finalize Business process documents for green field implementation.
• Configuration of SAP FI module in IMG based on business requirements.
• Identify gaps, and issues and then work around solutions.
• Manage implementation challenges and escalation in a proactive and structured manner.
• Assisting in the testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or users’ lack of experience.
• Provide application support and training of power users and end-users.
• Cooperating with consultants from other modules such as CO, SD, MM, PM, PP, PS, and FM.
• Develop different controls to smooth the business process.
• Conduct User acceptance testing for users.
• Involved in Pre and Post Go-live activities i.e. master data and Cutover balances validation and uploading.

• Tested live scenarios in user acceptance testing and highlighted issues.
• Identify technical and logical errors during UAT to resolve the issues before go-live.
• Involved with functional consultant independently for developing Cheque formats, payment advice, and customize reports.
• Involved in Analyzing and developing WHT reports from SAP as per FBR Requirements.
• Involved independently with FICO consultants to prepare to customize reports related to payables, assets, and taxes.
• Prepared master data, cutover data, GL balances, vendors, customers, and fixed assets, for uploading in SAP.
• Maintained and updated backlog of FI Module due to running parallel system (legacy & SAP) for reconciling Trial balances, P&L, and Balance sheet after go-live.

• Reviewing and disbursing payments to operational vendors using manual and automatic payment programs through SAP
