Worked as a mechanical technician at KT001 and KT004.

Working includes the overall Maintenance of Gas Turbine and Filter House of Train 2.

This working also includes the maintenance of Heat Exchanger and columns.

The working Includes the detailed study about the mechanical engineering and its subdivisions. During that time maintaining the mechanical workshop and maintaining data sheet was the part of my job. I have specially gained the skills in mechanical maintenance of entire plant e.g Jaw Crusher, Hooper Vibrator, Hammer Crusher and its utilities and on the other hand i have gone through the brief knowledge of ACM, Rolling machines, Ball machines, Compressors, Coated plant. Expertise in operating the entire plant.

Gone through the detailed study about Water Tube Boiler its capacity of steam production and the types of fuels used and its safety precautions and observed the overall production of Oil, and Ghee.

Worked at Nitric Acid Plant and detailed observation to its entire utilities that includes Piping isometric, Columns, Heat Exchanger, Converter Head, Ceramic Candles filter.

Completed the project on Reliability Enhancement of Acid Production Line.
