Stock Management:

· Closely monitor Store Orders OPL/ Normal Order.

· Keep close Liaison with Supplier for stock and delivery follow ups.

· Maintain Stock holding within Budget and assure maximum stock availability

· Logistics and General Administration

· Control issuance of Purchase Orders and corresponding CAPEX for non-trade supplies based on its use, management and distribution.

· Ensure prompt and accurate generation of reports and facilitates immediate dissemination & distribution to concerned units.

· Reconciliation of reports.

· Prepare the Scrap, Material Wastage Report on Periodic basis

· Budget preparation of Material and monitors actual Requirement versus budget


Logistic Management:

· Maintain Matrix and analyze performance of third party for Distribution Management

· Strategically plan load and manage transport according to route

· Comply with laws, regulation and SOP while planning transportation (Inbound-Outbound)

· Ensure to destination / receiver of booking for Pre-inform transit deliveries

· Tracking & Insurance of all transit goods

· Diversify route map to minimize lead time of transit stock

· Liaison with Insurance Vendor for Insurance of all stock moved via FTL or station to Station deliveries

· Access and implement ideal transportation method, routing or service to meet necessary parameter, specific and cost

· Diversify shipment load with different Vendors in order to manage timely deliveries from different channels


Operations Management:

Department’s performance check on regular bases to ensure smooth operations

· Reconciliation pf Plan vs actual output

· Supervise and reordering on daily bases regarding stock and replenishment

· Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team

· Preparation of SOP’s

· Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.

· Keep motivation level high among all team members to bring the best out of them.

· Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team members in order to ensure a healthy, friendly, productive and supportive environment.

· Maintenance of MHE’s

· Stock follow-up: negative stock, stock days, obsolete, old stock


Audit Functions

· Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

· Analyzes computer-generated reports and discusses matters with Audit Manager.

· Conduct random audit of Material Store, Warehouse, Stock Room & GRN

· Ensure systematic checkpoint for the merchandiser at the Goods Receiving Department prior to delivery of gathered data.

· Conduct audit on GR transactions prior to submission of all GR documents to Invoice Control.

· Conduct of cyclic and annual stock takes and ensures speedy reconciliation on Monthly Basis


Distribution Function:

· Manage and organize the delivery to be made to Stores, Customers and client in right quantity and specification.

· Being thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, leads a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with smooth service.

· Smooth alignment and relationship with Operations, Store management, HO, Buyers, Sales and Delivery team if needed.

· To perform daily fuel costing and transactions and to further ensure the proper documentations pertaining to it

· To handle and coordinate complaints regarding delivery issues. To coordinate with head office regarding KPIs, fixed costing, third party vehicle expenses and etc. To update KPIs on daily basis


E-Commerce Operation

· Manage the entire operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment

· To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines

· Daily review NDR (Non-Delivery Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.

· Define SLA's in consultation with the management and make efforts to control and maintain them

· Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability and accuracy

· Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations

· Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times

· Conduct quality check and ensure all items meet with the quality criteria

· Defining non-moving, slow-medium-fast moving item. Space utilization analysis. Scrap management

· Provides oversight and conducts (when necessary) physical inventories and cycle counts

· Collaborates with and supports warehouses with variance investigation

· Ensure optimum capacity utilization of warehouse by designing best-fit layouts of a warehouse, goods/material placement, inventory movement and maintenance of the warehouse
