CAREER OVERVIEW

I began my professional journey as a Pre-Sales Calling Agent but soon realized that it wasn't the right fit for me. I then transitioned to an inbound/aftersales role, where my communication skills and leadership potential truly came to light. Within two years, I was promoted to a supervisory position, where I discovered my natural ability to lead and collaborate with teams. Under my supervision, my team consistently delivered high performance and generated maximum profit.


Following this, I spent nearly seven years in online teaching, providing educational services to international students. Throughout my career, my strong communication and managerial skills have contributed significantly to the success and growth of the organizations I've worked with. I am confident that these strengths will continue to create value in any future role I take on.
