PT 100 , Thermocouple , Level Sensor , Flow Meter Transmitter , Temperature Controller ( ALL Types) Solenoid Valve & Motorized Valve.

Play active role in worker evaluation system and discussing performance expectations and areas for improvement. Provide regular feedback to shift employees on their behavior, attendance and machine performance to ensure continuous improvement

• Monitor plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned and unplanned downtime.
• Coordinate within Production, Quality Management, Industrial performance and Engineering & Automation and all other support departments to resolve Operational issues.
• Supervise and coordinate Plant maintenance and small project work by technicians
• Daily monitoring of hazards in the plant regarding environmental circumstances in order to rectify them
• Standby rotating equipments schedule operation checks for reliability assurance.
• Shift management and liaison.
• Safe hand over / takeover of equipment and machinery for maintenance.
• Expert in MS VISIO to Make Electrical Drawings.
• Handle All Electrical Work Related to Audit Like Expose Wires, Earth Pits, Earth Checking, LUX Level, Lose Wires, Maintenance System, Designing, Planning & Implementation.
• AC variable Speed Drives, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Control.
• Problem Solving & Trouble shooting.
• Managing Over Hall Maintenance Data and Preparing the Operation & Maintenance of Plant.
