I believe entrepreneurship is the biggest problem solver in the world. The past 10 years I have worked with entrepreneurs and startups to help them scale. My roots began in Babson College, as a business major, to work in NY start up, and later join the Endeavor team. During my 4 years at Endeavor Colombia I worked identifying and converting high impact entrepreneurs to the Endeavor network. I refined selection processes and strengthened the network. I built analytic capabilities to source great entrepreneurs, and then help them in their growth strategies. I worked hand in hand with some of the best Endeavor mentors across the world.
