To achieve sales target by meeting customer required Price, delivery and quality standards
To communicate and work with customer for running orders and potential future orders
Communication and negotiating with suppliers to meet required price and delivery target
To resolve all customers' quires in a professional manner while prioritizing customer satisfaction
To work with the management team to implement the proper division of responsibilities
To provide delighted services to the customer by on-time execution, meeting quality standards, compliance of customer protocols, and providing on time response to customers' queries
T&A planning as per customer required ship date with activities breakdown
To check bulk execution feasibility of product, ensure de bottle necking, elimination/alternate process suggestion for smooth execution in bulk process
Convey process limitation to customer with alternate solution if required prior to bulk
To ensure order PP phase before time completion
To monitor bulk proceeding to avoid deviation in T&A and planned activities
Involve planning team in case of any bottleneck/reprocess which requires additional time than plan
Daily production problems review and take decision of exceptions
To conduct pre-production meeting at fabric and sewing stage to provide product understanding to team
To monitor cut to ship of order by monitoring rejections of each stage to avoid short shipping
Plan and execute Shipping as per required target handover and delivery date.
