Responsibilities & Achievements

Worked for the large research and strategic organization on different projects. Responsible for the development of different furnaces like Hydrogen Furnace, Vacuum Furnace used for different purposes. The maintenance of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Coating Machine along with Universal Testing Machine (UTM 100kN). Started from the planning to the design phases through to the project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed the full project lifecycle including definition of scope, planning, execution, monitoring & control and project completion. Delivery of financial performances within the approved budgets.
• Ensured all expectations were clearly defined and measurable success points were identified
• All the contract terms with stakeholders were met within project delivery time.
• Managed up to 5 different projects related to autonomous furnaces development of temperatures between 0 – 1800C with budgets ranging from $20,000 to $350,000.
• Designed a financial plan for expected revenue, cash flow stream, profit and loss calculations which provided optimal value for money.
• Established a team of 5 technical professionals to manage the projects operations. Performance management of all service providers was monitored and improved using Performance management Metrics.

• Led the program by working closely with business stakeholders and cross functional project teams.
• Targets achievement were done by the team in a well timely manner where accountability was done on bi-weekly basis.

Worked for the leading Battery manufacturer as an Electrical Engineer and assisted a project of solar panel installation of 1Mega-Watt at the factory site

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing of the technical overview of the solar panel installation with environment friendly optimization.
  Ensure health and safety practices within the team to avoid any haphazard situation.
• Utility sector including power was optimized around the factory area. Customer experience was enhanced by electricity billing automation.
• Actively protection of factory's reputation for providing cheap or free electricity to the surrounding areas, reducing carbon emission from power plants to protect environment.
• Define the project scope for the work and manage the costing for the procurement team to achieve budget target and win different tenders.
• Ensure timescales are met on different project lifecycle stages.
• Financial forecasting for the electricity consumption across the year.
