• Reporting to Project manager Regarding all Building works
• Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities
• Verify the Compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works, checking for Obstructions
• Photograph and document the condition of existing Property that might be damaged by the work
• Make sure all existing structures, Property utilities and landscaping are properly protected
• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure Compliance with the Contract Documents, approved shop drawings and Submittals
• Preparing daily logs and reports
• Maintain records of inspections made, tests Performed, work executed, etc
• Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work
• Report any concerns to the PM, and Assisting with the inspection of completed works
• Help prepare Punch lists
• Monitor the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works

. Overall responsibilities for the construction activities, monitoring and controlling the daily activities and resources.

Supervision of all execution activities regarding building works, RCC Culverts at site as per drawing design according to BOQ.
