  • Manage the oil and gas project portfolio, overseeing planning, execution, and performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance
  • Prioritize projects based on resources, risks, and returns while coordinating with teams and communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Prepare the department's Long-Term Plan (LTP) and collaborate with stakeholders to secure CAPEX approval
  • Responsible to carry out the EPC Projects along with the financial closeout
  • Adhere to and implement Project Management Procedures, including the sequential project stages of Appraise, Select, Define, Execute, and Operate

  • Negotiate and obtain approvals from landowners and government authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance before commencing construction
  • Share project performance reports including status of design, procurement, construction, CPI and SPI, payments with higher management
  • Ensure the Project Close out is signed off with all stakeholders, along with the financial closure
  • Support team to carry out the economics of the project through calculating of IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and NPV (Net Present Value)
  • Prepare and take required approval of Project's cost, schedule, project management plan from UEP and Joint venture partners
  • Prepare and control project costs by monitoring actual, committed, and forecasted expenditures

  • Ensure UEP HSE policy, national & international applicable codes, standards, and procedures are strictly adhered to during project life cycle
  • Lead and manage mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, Pre startup safety Review (PSSR), Commissioning and Project Handover to Operations

  • Carryout the safe lifting of equipment after reviewing rigging studies and lifting plan in the brownfield and greenfield areas

  • Designed spool yard and lay down areas, Implemented Bar-Code system to trace out the spools movement

  • Moreover, also carried out the execution works in the brownfield of Qatar Gas Processing Facility along with the experience of planning and the execution of shutdowns

  • Project Cost: 75 million USD, Manhours 5.6 million, Steel Structure 7600 Ton, Equipment 7500 Ton, Piping: 750,000 Dia inches
  • Being Piping in-charge, successfully accomplished the piping fabrication targets
  • The piping includes the SS, Duplex, CS and Jacketed Piping
  • The overall achieved Dia inches were ~ 50,000
  • Timely completion of compressor unit in the brownfield of Qatar Energy Facility
  • Also completed piping erection works in greenfield zone
