• National Highway Authority (NHA), Design & Deployment of Electronic Toll Collection System, EPC Contract was signed with NHA to install & commission Electronic Toll Collection System across NGR motorways of Pakistan. The contract Price is 12.2 billion PKR. main highlights of the system are as below: - RFID based (MTAG) Electronic Toll Collection; ANPR-based Video Tolling operator-less lanes on Toll plazas, 6 6MW of Solar System Installed across motorways robust Robust and backup power design & plan., Toll Booths Renovation: All Toll Plazas renovated to a New design for ease of Operations enhanced Enhanced Tolling application with real-time views of operator consoles. 2000+ KM of optical fibre deployment across the motorways upgrading the Main Datacenter, establishing a DR site, & deploying 10 mini datacenters across Pakistan for smooth service delivery. 10 years O&M of the subject roads for Tolling & Emergency Services on revenue-sharing basis (32.5% of collected toll).
• Punjab Safe City Authority, Installation & Deployment of Technology Infrastructure for PITB under the contract of Safe Cities (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala & Faisalabad), EPC contract for PPIC3 command centre, Data centres& city-wide edge sites Deployment of multiple form factor edge sites for Video Surveillance, LP recognition & Facial recognition Tier-III datacenters deployment with complete power & cooling infrastructure Command & Control centres have completed design & deployment in all three cities. Remote Monitoring Unit (RMU) product development (Hardware) for edge sites monitoring.
• Designed & deployed Pakistan's first Intelligent Traffic System on Lahore-Abdulhakim Motorway (M3). Integrations of following systems is designed & planned under the scope of ITS: low-speed weight stations; roadside weather information system; roadside CCTV surveillance system; speed Speed system; electronic fine Electronic; Collection toll collection system. Variable Message Signs, integrated Integrated Application framework for the above systems to provide efficient traffic management & monitoring system on a single window.

Command & Control Room Design, Naval HQ, Islamabad, -State-of-the art design for new OPS room: a Designed and Established Video Wall for real-time monitoring of NAVAL Ships and Vessels.
• Punjab Metrobus Authority, Islamabad, Technical Support Prepared SOPs of Metro Bus for providing efficient services. I worked out a Preventive maintenance scheme of Metro Bus Service and resolved critical maintenance issues, which resulted in an escape of annual penalty exceeding 10million PKR.

• Biometric Time Attendance Solution ZRK Pvt Ltd, Peshawar,, - Solution Architect for Biometric (Finger Print) RFID-based Access Control System Daily transactions of over 1000 labourers & multiple shifts were automated., Integration of readers with full-height turnstiles., V-Secur T&A Access Control Enterprise Software Deployment

• Design Development & Prototype Integration of Stores Management System for JF-17, Pakistan Air Force an R&D project to re-design SMC as per the latest requirements of Pakistan Air Force., - Re-engineered & generated Data Pack for the current SMC., designed the required hardware for the new dual redundant COT-based SMC. designed and integrated opto-isolated I/O card, High bandwidth & Low Bandwidth Switching card, dual redundant Power Supply on customised Compact PCI Backplane., designed a simulatorandtesting station for the acceptance of SMC., created Created Schematics for the Relay Interface Boxes (RIBs)and wiring diagrams of SMC in aircraft & Digital System Integration (DSI) LAB at Kamra Avionics Research Facility (KARF)., worked as OPI to manage hardware & software teams along with procurements, logistics and customer support.
• MARK VI, Artillery Firing Data Computing Device, Pakistan Armed Forces: It was an Arm VI microcontroller-based handheld computing device which managed to calculate complex military equations and pop out desired results within milliseconds.- Designed an updated keypad & power circuit for the newer version of the product. - Designed Schematics & PCBs.
