- Working as Process Operator in Howe Bakers Unit (Design capacity 32000 BPSD), ARL Refinery, I have experience of normal Operation/Start Up/Shutdown/Emergency handling/DCS Panels with sound knowledge.
- Ensure safe operations by maintaining temperature, pressure, level and flow rates within limits.
- Conduct field rounds to monitor all the parameters and take actions accordingly if any abnormality occurs during normal operation.
- Taking the immediate and prompt action in case of sudden upset or changing the parameter of the plant.
- Also monitoring the plant parameters on POIS (Process operation Integrated System). Reporting, rectification and proper follow up.
- Perform LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), blinding/de-blinding, and equipment isolation for maintenance.
