  • Ensuring the Protection of Refugees under International law is a fundamental obligation on States and international community under The 1951 Convention and its 1967 Protocol, The principal of non-refoulement, Regional Refugee Protection Frameworks such as Tripartite Agreement and Quadripartite Agreements.
  • Representing The Chief Commissionerate for Afghan Refugees (CCAR), Islamabad. Provincial Commissionerates (CAR's) and The Ministry of SAFRON at various legal and grievance forums.
  • Drafting of Parawise Comments, Written statements, ensuring attendance of court hearings at the Federal Service Tribunal, Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan, District Courts, The Honourable High Courts and The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
