Completion & Work Over Operations:

• Prepare Completion & Work Over Job programs and work closely with all stakeholders involved in job design and execution.
• Prepare AFEs & Cost Estimates for completion & work-over job programs.
• Provide inputs for operational challenges & way-forward during completion & work over operations to rig site teams.
• Conducts technical evaluation of completion equipment ordering and co-ordinates with PSCM and concerned stake holder in timely ordering of completion equipment for completion operations.
• Participates in Scope of Work exercise and co-ordinate with PSCM for contract tendering and other approvals for timely contracts setup for completion & work over services.
• Maintain close liaison with service company personnel's for smooth operations during job execution.
• Review contractor services invoices as per contract T&Cs.
• Implement new ideas & technology to achieve required performance standard.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and slide pack for completion & work over operations key highlights to company' management.
• Prepare End of Well Report (EOWR), After Action Review (AAR) reports to review completion & work over job performance and capture lesson learned (if any).
• Ensure all documents for completion & work over operations are properly filled in well file, stored and available in shared or digital drives etc.

Field Completion & Work Over Engineer:

Supervise Completions & Work-Over Jobs:

Supervise different types of open hole and cased hole completions/workovers and setting of different types of permanent and retrievable packers with wireline, tubing and hydraulic setting tools for different types of conventional, gas-lift assisted and jet pump completions. Have experience of performing space-out calculations and landing and engagement of tubing hangers, preparation of completion and perforation gun tallies and supervising TCP perforation jobs, CBL-VDL logging, open hole and MDT logging etc.

Supervise Liner Hanger Jobs:

Supervise Liner hanger running jobs, tie-back liner jobs, setting of both hydraulic and mechanical set Liner hangers and cementing of liners.

Supervise Non-Routine Jobs: Supervise non routine jobs such as Coring, Stuck pipe, Open hole/Cased hole sidetracks, Fishing operations, Remedial cementing jobs etc.

Supervise Wireline Logging, Perforation, Fishing and TLC Jobs: Supervise wireline logging, TLC and perforation jobs. Also have experience of fishing while logging operations using the wire line cut and thread and reverse cut and thread method.

Hands-on Experience of Halliburton Landmark Software Suite : Have hands-on experience of working with Halliburton Landmark Software Suite including ‘Open Wells’ for daily operations report

Inscription of Post Well Reports: Preparing daily reports on ‘Open Wells’ EDM as well as preparing End of Well Reports (EOWR), Well Handover documents, After Action Reviews (AAR), Days vs Depth graph and maintaining AFE cost report’s & sub-contractor evaluations pertaining to the ongoing rig operations, DPR and CPR Reports for Rushmore, Technical Time Limit Sheets for Flat Time Analysis etc and Well Planner sheets etc.

Assistance in Preparation of Well Programs/ AFE Reports: Assist in preparation of Drilling, Completion/Work-over programs, Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) including all information specified in company procedure by applying engineering best practices.

Logistics Management for Smooth Completion & Work-over Operations: Planning delivery time tables, inventory management, equipment mobilization and logistics management to carry out smooth drilling operations.

Implementation of HSE Procedures & Policies: Implemented HSE procedures and policies at the Well Site. Compliance of environmental protection standards. Conducting Hazard Hunts, Pre Job Safety Meetings, Tool Box Talks and Safety Stand Downs.
