• Performed following functions as Technical service Engineer
• A) Monitoring of Pilot Reported Defects(PIREPS) for A320 and B777 and issuance of TSR to maintenance.
• B) Renewal of Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) of PIA fleet Aircrafts
• C) Spot checks of PIA fleet Aircrafts
• D) Preparation of investigative reports regarding repeated defects/delays
• E) Officiated as Deputy Chief Engineer Technical Service Base Maintenance

Responsible to carryout all kind of maintenance work, refuel and release of Aircraft within the time slot allocated for PIA flights at King Fahad International Airport

Performed Heavy Base Maintenance checks like check "C" and "D" on Boeing737 and Airbus310 on different areas like power plants, landing gears,control surfaces,cabin etc.

• Joined PIA as Trainee Engineer in line Maintenance and promoted as Aircraft Engineer in 1994.
• Performed Certification of B737 fleet
• Inspected aircraft for compliance with regulations, company standards and safety requirements.
• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis, identifying root cause of malfunctions.
• Read and understood manufacturer documentation, CAA directives and technical literature
