• Participated in ongoing safety briefings and the preparation of uncoated disc insulators, post insulators, and ATR bushings for RTV coating.

Worked in the preparation of RTV coating for grid equipment and transformer bushings. Handled tools and equipment used for RTV coating, and followed foreman instructions accordingly.

• Carried out the replacement of uncoated insulators with RTV-coated long rods. Gained proficiency in all tools and equipment (T&P) required for the job. Performed tasks involving work at height.

Replacement work of uncoated disc insulators with coated disc insulators

Perform tower Erection work of all types of 220kv transmission line.

• Performed erection work on suspension and tension towers.
• Gained knowledge of all aspects of the erection process, including tower assembly and bolt tightening.

Perform tower Erection work of 500Kv of all types including tower assembly, tower erection ,Gin pole erection, T&P handling and Tower bolt tightening. Follow Instructions from foreman regarding work activity.
