I handled shipping label generation, scheduled parcel pickups, and tracked dispatches to maintain delivery accuracy.
- I also managed customer-related logistics issues by filing and resolving cases for undelivered parcels, ensuring fast resolutions and protecting overall account performance. In addition, I created and optimized product listings on Amazon Seller Central, performed competitor analysis using Keepa, and conducted keyword research using Helium 10 to improve product visibility and sales ranking. My role required strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and consistent monitoring of performance metrics to maintain excellent account health.

- I began YouTube automation in 2023 and launched my first channel, The Hungry Hippo, where I managed the workflow and hired graphic designers and video editors. However, after a year, the channel did not get monetized and was ultimately unsuccessful. In 2024, I started a self-improvement channel using AI-generated images, voiceover, and visuals, but that project also did not perform well. Currently, I am working on a new YouTube channel with my brother. I create videos for his channel and it is performing successfully.
