- I also managed customer-related logistics issues by filing and resolving cases for undelivered parcels, ensuring fast resolutions and protecting overall account performance. In addition, I created and optimized product listings on Amazon Seller Central, performed competitor analysis using Keepa, and conducted keyword research using Helium 10 to improve product visibility and sales ranking. - I began YouTube automation in 2023 and launched my first channel, The Hungry Hippo, where I managed the workflow and hired graphic designers and video editors. However, after a year, the channel did not get monetized and was ultimately unsuccessful. In 2024, I started a self-improvement channel using AI-generated images, voiceover, and visuals, but that project also did not perform well. Currently, I am working on a new YouTube channel with my brother. I create videos for his channel and it is performing successfully.
