MTN Nigeria Project/ Business Trip in Nigeria for Integration Support

Integration Engineer, E-band upgradation rollout & Relocaion project (2023-2025)

Successfully led the integration of a L3VPN/BGP Ring network, significantly improving deployment efficiency and reducing site rollout time.

Successfully automated manual configurations using scripting, and configured/troubleshooted various network protocols (ISIS, LDP, RSVP, L3VPN, BGP).

Over 1200+ SDBE-band /Pure links were supported in Nigeria, with a total of 800+ control card replacements.The link migration was successfully carried out on layer-3 VPN/BGP services

Additionally, nearly 300 K-Band links were expanded from 1+0 to 4+0,8+0/CA. Furthermore, an appreciation letter was received By MTN Nigeria Frontline for the successful completion of the 10GE ready project and K-Band expansion.

Implementation Coordinator RAN (Ericsson) (July, 2019 –Oct, 2020)

During this project key responsibilities are Hardware requirement calculation, coordination with NOC for logical creation in OMCR, vendors’ management, providing first level OMC assistance to in-field teams.

To assign, schedule, supervise, provide technical and functional support to teams for installation commissioning and integration.

Catering all issues related to BSS relating from sites installation till acceptance

Coordinating with Vendors, Warehouse & other departments for equipment transportation, installation, commissioning & integration of BTS sites.

Supervising 2G & 3G swap from Alcatel to Ericsson. Includes action from site installation till cutover of site.

Supervising 2G expansion includes action from material transportation till expansion of site.

Coordinating with NOC for implementation of Creation/Hardware Change requests.

Taking PAR/ECRF windows to execute up-gradation plans.

Catering issues related to SWAP.

Keeping track of all the activities performed, taking follow ups with the vendors & updating the project manager.
