l Revamp/installed Textile more then 50 machines, Bleaching unit, Dyeing machines, Stenter, Pentek, Salvade Dryers, Fabric printing machines, continuous washing and digital printing (Project Value 2.2 billion PKR)

l Lead procurement planning , selection and installation of state of the art Chinese textile printing plant WINWIN Machinery ; worked with Chinese engineer including visit china shanghai in 2023 for procurement and inspection of machines. (Project Value 250 Million PKR)

l Successfully installed 15-ton/hr waste to energy bio-mass boiler from initial phase to closure.Directly involved with international /Chinese engineer in execution /commissioning phase. (Jinma Boiler) (Project Value 200 Million PKR)

l Design and execute complete process water network of the factory, including selection of piping, pumps, and pump stations, as well as coordination of related civil works. (Project Value 10 Million PKR)

l Installation of Pellet production machines using textile waste material to develop the pellet ; utilization of pellets in coal boiler (Project Value 70 Million PKR)

Ongoing Projects:

l Installation of Knits Production Machine (DMS Brand) working with Turkish engineers' production capacity 8000kg of fabric /day. Utility network installation work in process like Metal Supports, Steam piping, Condensate, Hot water, Cooling return, Drain lines, Compressed air piping & Electrical Panels etc

l Installation and commissioning of a 2000 KW Solar Panel project, resulting in substantial natural gas savings and a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, showcasing expertise in sustainable energy initiatives.

l Lead all activities related to permanent corrective action during machinery shutdowns, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance processes.

l Successful installation and commissioning of a 1.5MW MTU Gas Engine with a Waste Heat Recovery Steam Boiler of capacity 1600 Kg/hr. @10 Bar

l Contributed to the commissioning of a 42m3/hr. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant with an impressive 70% water recovery rate.

l Played a pivotal role in the end-to-end process of erecting and commissioning the Zimmer digital printing machine, showcasing comprehensive involvement in the successful implementation of advanced printing technology.

l Engaged in the end-to-end process of erection and commissioning for Exhaust Dyeing Machine, actively contributing to the setup and integration of utility lines.

l Successfully managed the erection and commissioning of the Yongda Sanforizing Machine, overseeing a meticulous installation process and ensuring its seamless integration into the production line, contributing to improved operational efficiency and output quality.

l Successfully managed the erection and commissioning of the Bono Oil Heater, coupled with the design of a high-capacity line with a total output of 5.6 MW.

l Maximized energy efficiency through gas engine jacket heat recovery, generating 25 m³/hr. hot water at 50°C. Achieved annual savings of 10,000 MMBtu, translating to a cost reduction of 20 million, highlighting expertise in sustainable energy practices and system optimization.

l In-house house manufacturing of Meat storage chiller plants having 10ton cooling capacity of each by using PU panel insulation

l Fabrication of water and oil storage tanks in complains with international standards (ISO & ASME)

l Instillation of commercial/domestic air conditioning units in Porta cabins

l Regular walk through and monitoring/controlling and maintenance of commercial and domestic air conditioning units

l Successfully Fabrication, Installation & commissioning of 40 Pcs Porta cabin's within three months of duration at rig side facilitating accommodation of 80 people.
