- Work with engineering and manufacturing team to investigate and resolve problems with existing designs
- Work with project team to execute projects on time
- Presenting and finalizing designs and models to clients
- Parts inspection including Final Inspection, In-process inspection, Incoming Inspection
- Rejection collection and submission CNC, MS, Press Shop, Laser, Radiator Shop etc
- Monthly reports preparing including Calibration of instruments and gauges, Checking Fixture, PPM, CAR and daily QC inspection target sheet
- Train the inspectors inhouse and skill matrix and competency
- Vendor evaluation and performance (PMT, SA Engineering) and record keeping
- Monitor the work of junior staff/worker and follow up the daily task
